Charge Nurse– PT on 1st and 2nd shift in assisted living.
CMA– PT on all shifts in assisted living.
Household Coordinator– Full Time position. Successful candidates will lead the efforts of the household team in making a home that meets the needs and preferences of our residents. The Household Coordinator participates in planning, organizing, directing, and facilitating the operations of the household including: resident care, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and social interaction through planned and unplanned activities. The Household Coordinator has primary responsibilities of activities and social services duties for 22 residents. Activity Director Certification and Social Services Designee (SSD) Certification are required but may be completed after hire. A four (4) year degree or license preferred, however, other experienced applicants will be considered.
Director of Assisted and Independent Living– Full Time position to ensure a smooth and compliant operation of two assisted living buildings comprising 100 licensed units and 18 independent living units. Familiarity with Assisted Living regulations is important as is previous memory care experience. Successful candidate will be an organized leader eager to enhance a team environment and have the ability to interact well with both staff and residents. Must be a Licensed Adult Care Home Administrator. 3 years senior leadership experience required.
