Clinical Coordinator/Director of Nursing for Assisted Living– FT Leadership opportunity for a caring and devoted RN to join our innovative change process to households. Our traditional assisted living community has undergone an exciting and comprehensive Culture Change journey by creating distinct households providing assisted living and memory care services. KMH is committed to providing person-centered care for residents ensuring everyone can possess a true home wherever they are. The successful candidate will oversee clinical responsibilities and should have a track record of great clinical outcomes, as well as experience directing, motivating and training staff. Successful candidate will be effective in communication with residents and their families, as well as staff. Five (5) plus years of leadership experience required as well as current Kansas RN license (BSN preferred).
Life Enhancement– Full-time opportunity for an experienced leader to organize, plan, direct and encourage activity programming in a person-centered skilled nursing environment. Life Enhancement provides relevant and individualized life enhancement programming developed in cooperation with the residents we serve. Successful candidate must have current Activity Director / Social Service Designee status and be a Kansas Certified Nurse Aide. Experience in assisted living and memory care environment is preferred, and good oral and written skills are important.
Assistant Senior Living Counselor– Full-Time opportunity to provides organizational and operational support for the marketing department. This person also facilitates the move-in process for residents including serving as point of contact, preparing closing documents, walking residents though the process, coordinating move-in logistics and answering questions. The position will also help organize and coordinate marketing events, including some evening and weekend events, manage the community’s sales and marketing database. This position will have added sales responsibilities once comfortable with other duties.
