Transportation for Medical Appointments

No need to worry about your loved one getting to and from medical appointments that are located off site. KMH will gladly arrange transportation. While accessing on site or off site medical care, KMH supports the physical, mental and emotional needs of residents. Residents are welcome to maintain relationships with outside providers and utilize KMH transportation services to get to and from appointments. With our transportation service, KMH residents can visit the doctor or dentist for $20 round-trip. Also, on-site prescription pickup is available through KMH transportation services. Medical care is personalized and patient focused to give comprehensive options at KMH. 

Have an Activity Across Campus?

The Kansas Masonic Home provides a multitude of services and amenities to keep every resident active and engaged. For our social butterflies, there is always an abundance of activities, live performances, social opportunities and outings on the calendar. These activities take place all over campus. Fitness activities can take place in the recreation room, fitness center, or indoor heated pool and hot tub. Lectures and guest speakers may be located in one of our several libraries or in the Historic Chapel. Some of the more social opportunities can occur in our pub-style lounge with a fully restored turn-of-the-century bar. Regardless of where they are located on campus, transportation for outings on the KMH activities calendar is provided at no charge. 

Don’t Sell Your Car!

Feeling at home is the most important part of our community. We have designed and constructed KMH to be comfortable, spacious and accommodating. If you currently own a car, there’s no need to give it up when moving into independent living at KMH. Our garage is available for residents to use to park their personal vehicle. Senior home living doesn’t mean you have to give up everything. At KMH, the fun and freedom is just beginning!
